British accents

Our A Math teacher for the week looked chinese until he greeted the class. 
In a cross between british, honkee and singlish, Mr L taught. 
The british part of his speech miraculously made me pay attention.
And that is a feat in case you didn't know. .
However, I thought arty farty ruled more and the deadline held a higher priority than that of my A math homework. So Qns 12 & 14 of Ex 5C remained untouched, unread and forgotten.

Today, another miracle happened. For the first time in my life, I felt genuinely sorry and ashamed for neglecting my math assignment. So you see, unlike the cliche American accents, British accents arn't only sexy, they can influence lives.
 

Mr L kept reminding me of this movie I've watched; Billy Elliot.

 Go watch it if you have the time, really.

Hearts and smiles

Met Vanessa (Hudgens) and together with Christabel, Charmaine and Kristy we went to ahem, wakewarm-up. Everyone was still in dreamland and the grace sanctuary stank of dead fishes.

Attempted the Bumble Bee, failed miserably.

End of third service

In between the 6 hours, we sang and danced our hearts out. God's presence was strong, real.

I had loads of fun during that 6 hours. It was interesting to see how a group of zombied, barely awake teenagers suddenly transform into people who were on fire- so fueled with the desire to serve their King.
We jumped, screamed, laughed.
We were united in love.

The climax for me was the ending song, 'Everlasting God'. It was so heartwarming to see the whole congregation jumping together as one church, it made me wanna jump harder, higher.
